Of course I had to test them out. The top one is Hahnermüle Watercolor book(60 pages) and the bottom is Talents Art Creation sketchbook(80 sheets). Review is below.




No surprise the watercolor sketchbook did way better than the all purpose sketchbook. But the Talents sketchbook held its own with only minor warping! I am pleasantly surprised.
Hahnermüle has a nice watercolor paper texture to it and Talents has a smooth surface. Neither of them allowed water to leak through the paper (which is a problem I have with my current sketchbook). Although the moisture from the paper did warp the next page on the Talents. Maybe I need to separate pages with a paper towel or something.
Up next I'm going to try out how ink/pens do on these sketchbooks. For the price (49 Zlotly/$13 and 15.90 Zlotly/$4) I highly recommend both!
